Dr. phil. habil. Karsten Rudolph
Dr. phil. habil. Karsten Rudolph teaches Modern and Contemporary History at the Ruhr-University in Bochum. He was a Member of Parliament in Nordrhein-Westfalen and the spokesman on internal affairs for SPD parliamentary party from 2002 to 2010. The topic of his last publication is: “From constitutional state to the state of prevention”, jointly redacted with Stefan Huster, Frankfurt am Main, in 2008.
